ICTSS provide a combination of telephone, on-site and remote access support to cost-effectively maintain our client’s systems.
Routine performance monitoring and administration can be provided remotely using system-specific software. On those occasions where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will normally be on-site within four hours for server and business-critical system issues and six hours for workstations and peripherals.
Support is charged at a pre-agreed cost (daily, hourly or monthly) we offer multi-tiered support packages so please contact us for further details.
Even if you already have in-house IT support, with ICTSS as your preferred supplier, we can advise or assist with a one-off cost when you need an extra helping hand.
